Meet Dr. Dennis Bergman

Gentle, Patient-Centered Dental Care

I’ve been practicing dentistry for more than 40 years. For 27.5 years, I served our country, and the men and women of the United States Air Force. During my time in the USAF, I had many stateside and overseas assignments; in 1996, I retired as the Base Dental Surgeon and Hospital Commander.

Although serving air force personnel was an honor, I’m now enjoying caring for family dental needs here in Rio Rancho. It’s fulfilling to help people take control of their oral health and achieve the beautiful, confident smiles they deserve. I am happiest when I’m able to provide continuity of care to a person, where we work together and develop a true rapport.

Our Team and Practice

I’m very proud of our dental team. Each person brings unique knowledge to our practice, and collectively they are committed to providing high-quality dentistry and customer care. Seeing how our team reaches out to reassure a worried patient, teaches a child how to care for his or her smile, and hearing the laughter as they chat with patients, are wonderful things!

Education and Continuing Education

  • Bachelor of Science in microbiology – University of Pittsburgh
  • Doctorate of Dental Medicine – Pittsburgh School of Dentistry

A large part of my commitment to delivering the highest quality of dental care involves continual learning. Advances in dental techniques, materials, and technologies are ongoing, and dentistry as practiced today is very different from the dentistry practiced when I graduated from dental school.

My patients deserve the right care approach for their specific personal and clinical concerns. Through continuing education, I ensure our practice offers the widest range of leading-edge treatment options.
